Complaint Details
I had ordered a particular item and as per the "promise" on the company website delivery was to be in 3 working days. After ordering the product and paying for it, a few hours later my wife ( person to whom delivery was to be made) was called and told that delivery cannot be made in 3 days. When I called up cm care to find out why I was given what I consider to be flimsy excuses like not a serviceable area by Blue Dart ( funny as it happens to be one of the hubs of South Kolkata), I was also told that there are problems in delivering items in 3 days to Kolkata ( Then why the false promise?)
