Dear Anwar / Mr. Rajesh Gupta,
Please find the attached earlier e-mail sent on 9th April 2012 to info@digipower.com.
The E-mail ID got bounced. It is because of your company's fault & there is no automatic mail re-direction from the above said e-mail address to your present maintaining customer service address.
We spent these many time in finding out the status of Digipower . After so much of time spent on the web & research we found that Okaya Power Limited is the parent company of Digipower.
It is because of your negligence, right now as a customer I am on tremendous trouble & you fellows not even have a courtesy to respond customer queries by calling them over phone
As the mail indication, clearly shows the irresponsibility of your organization effectiveness, how come you will blame a customer.
Initially when the complaint has initiated from our end, the battery is only 11 months old.
Because of your company's negligence in maintaining e-mails how come you can blame a customer. As per business policy, it is a crime from your end by committing something & not maintaining it especially the customer support e-mail addresses. These will be coming under the litigation issues. Please find the attached bounced e-mail sent on 9th April 2012.
Your response is unacceptable & please reply with the contact detail of your higher official pr otherwise I hope I should approach your grievance re-dressal team or Consumer court.
