I ordered a Casio G-Shock Watch from myntra.com with the order id MYC538332. I received the order on 2nd April and after opening the package, I found that the watch wasn't present inside. The invoice, the warranty card, the manual was there but the WATCH WAS MISSING from the package. I immediately contacted Myntra customer support and informed them about the whole matter. They told that they require 3 business days to process the request, but what should I do? I am being duped by Myntra.com and my money, Rs. 4676.00 is in vain. They are not responding properly, every time they state that we promised you of 3 days, please be patient. How a customer, who faced such a unscrupulous act react?
I request you to please initiate a probe and let me know ASAP.
