My self Mr. Mahesh Ram Mayur, Prop. of M/S Om Mayur Jewelers having shop at 1520, Ashok Chowk, Sangamner, Dist. Ahemadnager, State: Maharashtra operating since last 15 years and other branch since more than 50 years.

COMPLAINT AGAINST OPERATIONS AT BRANCH: 5, Radha Complex, D.P. Road, Sangamner, 02425-220042/43

With this mail, I will like to highlight that the staff at your Sangamner Branch is not having any knowledge and experience of gold valuation, ascertaining gold quality / purity, BIS Hallmarked Jewelery, customer management, handling valuable metal and storage.

Below are some incidents which made me to make this complaint:

1. Below incident have repeated 3-4 times leading to maligning our 50 years reputation.
Some of our customers have approached your Sangamner branch for loan against gold which was rejected.
I will like to highlight, the rejected ornaments were BIS Hallmarked, VAT Billed and same was accepted by other banker for loan purpose which the other bankers can confirm.

2. Manhandling customer property / Mismanagement / Incapability of managing business
There was a theft of jewelery packet of one of our customer from the counter of your branch.
With the cameras installed at your branch, we identified the person who stole the packet and took him to your office.
Till that time your manager Mr. Tambe have not made any police complaint and even when we took the person who stolen the jewelery packet, your manager Mr. Tambe refused to co-operate and refused to make police complaint.

3. Reputation and Integrity of YOUR STAFF is well known in the industry for fake roberries and frauds.


WRT 1st INCIDENT MENTIONED ABOVE, IF WRITTEN APOLOGY IS NOT PROVIDED FROM YOUR COMPANY IN NEXT 7 DAYS WE WILL BE FORCED TO MAKE THESE INCIDENTS PUBLIC.

LEGAL NOTICE FOR THE SAME IS UNDER PROCESS AND WILL BE SENT IN A WEEK TIME.

Hope these types of mistake will not be repeated in future.
I am no more interested your business, but if my business / reputation is getting hampered due to your illiterate staff, I will not spare any one.
