As per email I have paid Rs. 5499/- for UbiSlate 7CZ on 07/01/2013

The order Id is PMA65DE
The order was confirmed the company. After several mail they neither deliver the product and when I requested for refund they are not replying.

After registering complain to with you they have refunded me only 4,999/- and have deducted Rs. 500-
The company has fail to deliver and I am not responsible for same and hence I should get full refund.
