Complaint Details
I have made an order with DATAWIND for Ubislate 7Ci+ through online and paid an amount of Rs.4499/- through online. The order ID Given to me is PM6981A24238. But the product was delivered and returned to DATAWIND due to insufficient address as mentioned as Plot No 3 F1 Jayamalar Flats Mahathma, CHENNAI Tamil Nadu 600044 India.

I herewith enclosed the tracking details as attachment (doc format)with the courier service. Please see the tracking details and the copy of the letter sent to Datawind for requesting them to despatch my device.

I have booked for the product on 2.11.2012. But, Still i haven't received the product.
Hence, i request you to instruct M/s. DATAWIND to deliver my product to my complete address.
