Complaint Details
I booked mobile BlackBerry 8830 on Online Purchase in Maniac store on 13.02.2013.I received the product by courier on 18.02.2013. Within three days the product show some problem and it was worse in fifteen days. I complaint the store about that the product is defective piece on 10.3.13.We return it to them through courier on 16.3.13.Now they are saying that you already used the phone for one month there is problem in mother board and we cannot do any thing.
