1. I ordered Tablet for Rs. 5000.00 on 6-Mar-13 and got the item on 6-Mar-13. (within 24 Hrs!!!!), for which I paid the courier guy.

2. I opened parcel and tested the Tablet which found to be faulty. No features are running, like Sim Card, Internet Connection using 3G, Android Application, WiFi, etc. etc.... A very long list... I can demonstrate the series of problems, if required.

3. On 9-Mar-13 I called up at phone # 9873964819 and got the reply that this will be replaced shortly.

4. I waited for a couple of days and called back the same number on 11-Mar-13 on phone no. 9873964819. Mr. Nikhil Chopra (representative of http://teletvestore.com/) provided me the new order # 6283

5. Since then neither he or other representatives are picking up my phone nor I got the replacement of the FAULTY Tablet.

Now, I would request to get into this and arrange to refund my money of Rs. 5000.0 at the earliest.
