Sir,
It has been more than four months but I am still waiting for my refund money. Every-time i call the air-tel helpline all they tell me is that "mam,your check will be send soon" or "mam,we have already send you the check please collect it from your bank" but every-time I visit the bank the staff tell me that no such cheque has been received yet. sometime the airtel staff also tell me that my money wont be refunded where as some make me sure that it will be refunded within 5 days..which by now since four months have not been received Here is my Airtel digital tv account no in-case you may want to conform :3000748159 and i too have received an email from them conforming that my refund is too be done..i have saved that email which can server as a proof against them. Please sir i request you to take my complain in consideration and help me get my money back..Thank you
