Sir/Madam,
This is with regards to Bajaj Electrical - lighting department scheme of replacement on CFL bulbs under warranty period.
Lighting dept is running a faulty scheme of replacement under warranty on mercy of retailers. There is no coupons or labels available in the box of product, which should be same like when we go for purchase of watches or any other product under warranty. Retailer writes on the base of CFL bulb about date of purchase which is solely in mercy of that retailer. Consumers those who are unaware will miss this scheme. And there are high chance of retailer duping customer. Same has been happened with me where retailer duped stating this bulb is not purchased by me.
Would request the concern to let us know how can this scheme can be stopped and proper procedure can be followed in carrying the replacement scheme so that customers are not duped by these profit minded retailers.
