Complaint Details
I made a transaction of Rs.999 from my SBI account number 30897824025 on 1 December, 2011 for purchasing a MTS Mblaze data card with Order ID: 4280257. But the executive from connectindia said that they have not received the money. I lodged an enquiry with my branch then. And they are saying that the payment was successful with POS 201112392269. I made numerous complaints but have not been refunded the amount as yet. Please look into the matter and ask the company for details regarding the transaction and to refund my loss. I even put a mail to the third party involved in the money transfer. But they have not responded. I have attached an image of my account statement displaying that the transaction was succsessful.
