Dear Sir,
I have purchased sarees, quantity 3 nos. from Kasat Rangvarsha for my 3 sisters on the evening of "WOMEN'S DAY" as a gift, after coming back from my office. As it was already 8.30pm, I purchased the sarees without checking them, as I was confident that Kasat is a well known Shop and full of exictement and joy I went to take the blessings of my 3 sisters and presented them the 3 sarees as a gift. When they were about to go to the tailor for making blouse for them, they found that the one saree was badly damaged and in addition it was stitched with the hand. This means that the shop keeper was aware of the damage saree and was selling it. When my sister informed me about this I was highly embarrassed on hearing it. All the happiness went off from face, the Kasat people let me down in front of my sister. When I approached Kasat, they took my saree and without returning my money the owner made me leave the shop with humiliation.I was really embarrassed and can't even face my sister. I want this people to do the business with all the trust , without cheating the customer, please help me in returning my money back with all the penality for embarrassment and humilation, so that the Kasat Owner will not do the same with others.
