Sir,
1. It is state that my self Vikram Singh and I have saving account in SBI Samta Nagar,Thane (west) MH. My account no is 20065603743.

2. My wife used my ATM Card in ICICI bank ATM, jaipur ( ATM code S1CW5708) on 13 Feb 13.She was trying to withdraw cash 7000/-.Cash 7000/- was deducted from my SBI Bank account but money did not come out from ATM machine.

3. I registered a complaint on SBI Toll free number vide compaint no. AT42927723319 on 13 Feb 13.In reply of this compliant Manager SBI Samta Nagar informed me your transaction is successful as per JP log from ICICI Bank in which response code is 0000 But I did not get cash on that transaction.

4. Again I complained in written to Manager SBI Samta Nagar (A Copy attached) on 20 Feb 13 and requested to watch CCTV footage of that ATM to Confirm whether She has got money or not, but he respond me to contact to ICICI bank.

5. I also send a mail to helpline.lhodel@sbi.co.in on 28 Mar 13 in this regard but I did not get any reply till date.
