we are using reliance internet network.On 1st of march a complaint was lodged regarding some problem in the connection.the complaint no.. was 199190287..after that on daily basis we use to call the customer care to get the updated status of the internet connection.for which we were told there is some cable cut in the area......getting frustrated we asked for disconnection.but we got a call from reliance office mumbai for confirmation of cancellation,for which we replied that we want to continue the service..aftwe are using reliance internet network.On 1st of march a complaint was lodged regarding some problem in the connection.the complaint no.. was 199190287..after that on daily basis we use to call the customer care to get the updated status of the internet connection.for which we were told there is some cable cut in the area......getting frustrated we asked for disconnection.but we got a call from reliance office mumbai for confirmation of cancellation,for which we replied that we want to continue the service..after that we use to call them daily for getting the connection status..its approximately 40 days we don't have the connection...and the reliance is neither rectified the issue neither provided any alternative...does it take so much time to rectify a cable issue...also the worst part is they are sending us the bill for the month for which they ve not provided the service...is this how they want to dupe the customers or play fraudulent..kindly l;ook into the matter seriously ..getting frustated and helpless i am writing this to you so that you ca take any action against them...family's income also depends on internet sometimes by doing data entry jobs on internet..if this prevails what should we do how do these multimillionaire companies dupe a common man ...that too an indian company...i urge you once again to look into the matter ad take the necassary action er that we use to call them daily for getting the connection status..its approximately 40 days we don't have the connection...and the reliance is neither rectified the issue neither provided any alternative...does it take so much time to rectify a cable issue...also the worst part is they are sending us the bill for the month for which they ve not provided the service...is this how they want to dupe the customers or play fraudulent..kindly l;ook into the matter seriously ..getting frustated and helpless i am writing this to you so that you ca take any action against them...family's income also depends on internet sometimes by doing data entry jobs on internet..if this prevails what should we do how do these multimillionaire companies dupe a common man ...that too an indian company...i urge you once again to look into the matter ad take the necassary action
