I bought one Aqua Guard Total Protec Water purifier thro> Inv. No. 8310102456 dt. 26.7.2010 after that I have entered AMC with them vide Contract no. 45 20548336 on 26-07-2011 for 2 years, this expires on 24/07/2013. The have charged Rs. 6520/- but no proper service has been provided as per their contract. I need their proper service unless otherwise they have to refund the amount they collected from me.
