I'm awaiting the resolution of my issues,its been more than 6 days since i mailed u n there has been no response,according to ur rules ur supposed to resolve issue within 4-5 days,u've not done that so what am i supposed to do????


abt the following problems:

1-inability to recharge by internet on 24.03.13!

2-inability to recharge by calling ur customer care no.on 25.03.13

3-eternal wait for shafi to get back to me 26.03.13 1.13 pm to 5.05pm on 30.03.13 and again from 30.03.13 till date!

4-yesterday some person called n said either u continue or discontinue its ur wish....asked him to give the same in writing...he disconnected the call and not given anything in writing!


5-why there is no answer from ur nodal officer 08060001771 despite calling a 100 times!!

6-why there is a steep hike in the charge of the package from 3025 to 3465??

7-why there are changes in the package(addition n deletions),removal of music n addition of sports package?

8-why have ur executives always denied the existence of super saver pack n between 26.03.13 n 30.03.13 the existence of the metro pack????

9-why is there no consistency in ur executives answers except for denying the discount all ur executives that i've interacted with have give variable answers,why???

pl address the above mentioned issues n compensate me for having waited agonizingly for the resolution of my issues n for being subjected to the abrupt n robot like attitude of all ur executives!!!!this is a service industry...we r at ur service or u people r at our service...i'm a lil confused by ur attitude,so kindly clarify that!!!
