Complaint Details
We are using L800 printer for texcad print purpose for last 6 months, after
buy this printer we are facing lot of problem, first this printer warranty
is only 3 months, ,ink pad changed, service error, maintenance error, ink
leakage, front tray open errors we are spend lot of money also for repairing
this printer, but problem is not solved every month we are getting problems.

12.11.2012 logged the complaint your people come & cleared the problem,
28.2.2013 given for service, again 21.3.2013 send to service centre, now your people telling to logical board problem & suggest for a buyback offer. we are login the complaint also, Our complaint number is INC1000397159,but Epson persons nobody responding for this issue.
This has been a very unpleasant experience with Epson and I would not be recommending your company to anyone because of the pathetic customer care response I got from your representatives

Please take a action & clear the issue.
