Complaint Details
I have been an active customer of vodafone for the last 2 years. I have never had any issue until the start of 2013. Past few months i have been having horrible experience with Vodafone.I have lodged several complaints with the company regarding the interrupted net service and I am still facing the same problem. The representative from customer care assures me that the issue will be solved and no favorable action has been taken. Apparently, I am paying for a service that i don't even have. They have not shown the courtesy to extend my validity for the days i have lost the service, or reimburse my money back or even to resolve the issue.
