I have an ongoing and longstanding issue with British Airways regarding a flight that was cancelled in February. Many weeks later, the refund has still not been processed and the airline's team in Delhi seems not to be able to help or provide sufficient explanations as to why there is such a long delay. Meanwhile, I have incurred charges from my credit card company regarding the transaction.
