My vodafone dongle is not working since 06 Apr 13. I had lodged the complaint with customer care and got the SMS quoting "Hello! Your service registration number & SR_NO is registered on 06-Apr-13 02:07p.m. We shall respond to your query by Monday 15-Apr-13 02:06p.m. (SR_NO=2339379188)"
But during the period my internet usage was debited for that which I haven't used rather vodafone service was not available.
