Myself, Atique Ibrahim Khatri, has requested Vertex Customer Services India Private Limited on January 02, 2013 for the generation of the PAN Card of my Aunty Name: Shaikh Shehnaz Alimullah but till date I haven’t received requested PAN Card.
The PAN Card request was submitted at Vertex Customer Solutions Private Limited, Service Tax Code (Regn Number) AAACN2082NST001. 16, Yusuf Building, 1st Floor, Veer Nariman Road, Fort, Mumbai – 400023 and following are the details of the applicant.

I have approached branch several times but every time they have ignored by answering that i would be delivered next week. But till now I haven’t received the same. Infact I have also called Toll Number and they have provived me the complaint number 1776608. Contact numbers available on the website http://www.pancarddetails.in/customer-care-number/ for Mumbai region 55931010 / 27561690 are not functioning. And it really impossible to reach 020-27218080.
Please look into the matter and help me to get my PAN Card on very priority basis.
