I am absolutely disappointed that i had to actually pay for courier to get my tab repaired. I do agree that i have to pay for any physical damage, since it is not covered under warranty, however i disagree with the fact that i had to take the expenses to ship it to you for the service. I have just paid 500rs for shipment!!!

FEEDBACK 1:
Since you already sale your products nationwide, your warranty and services should either be available all over the nation (at least in all metro cities) or you shall arrange courier services for no charge for the tablets under warranty. warranty clauses about tablet repairs should be taken in the consideration once it arrives at your service center.

FEEDBACK 2:
Also the network reception for the simcard is almost of no good. i have already tried two different simcards from two different well known network providers in mumbai and the tablet was amazingly consistent in dropping the network.

FEEDBACK 3:
The support staff on call is average in communication, at times it becomes difficult to explain the situation.

I was pretty much impressed when i bought your product and was promoting it to my friends too. But now the after sales service and network issues are forcing me to believe that i have purchased a piece of garbage!

Please revert with a conclusion to my issues.
