I bought a tata photon on 25th of March 2013 and my services are still not
activated. I have contacted customer care on multiple occasions ( read 27
times) and have received responses ranging from "verification pending" to "
it will be activated within 15 minutes" to " it's a technical problem".

Yesterday I called customer care and she said that 'verification' could not
be completed as my local reference is not picking up call. I was with my
local reference for entire day and I can confirm he has not received a single call from tata photon.
Blatant lies, false promises are all what I have got since I bought tata
photon.

My bill cycle has already been started so basically I am paying for the
service I am not able to use. I suspect fraud from tata teleservices
for deliberately delaying activation to save bits usage.

After all this, I do not wish to continue with tata photon services and
requested to terminate my connection immediately with all possible
refund but have received no response from all email id's provided to me by customer care
