I have a postpaid connection from Reliance Mobile (No. 9357017102) company is sending me excess bill on ad-on connection (No. 73070-17102) which is issued in my name to the other person and is lying bill amount Rs. 1146/-. The Ad-on number where they have issued to me is used another person from February to March 2013 (Bill). Ms. Preet and Ms. Simran who is the Executives of the Reliance Mobile at Sangrur Road, Patiala Branch, Dist. Patiala, they have issued a new ad-on number but not given to me and given to the another person. The Executives of the said company has issued a number to my name and given to another person. Every time I have requested to Customer Care and Main Office they did not listen any thing and saying that "abhi half-an-hour mein batate hain" but no phone calls or messages me in this regard so far and my important number (93570-17102) has disconnected.
So Sir, please help me in this regard and I did not pay the excess amount. My complaint regarding Mobile No. 7307017102 (ad-on number) is about Rs. 995/- has been registered and gave me solution for this purpose. I shall highly thankful to your goodself. Sir, please help me.
