Complaint Details
This agency provides maids to households and takes commission for the service. We paid Rs. 30,000 + maid's first month salary to them of Rs. 3500 + additional conveyance charges of Rs. 1000. We have a signed contract from them which says that they will provide us maid for 1 year. In case the maid leaves, they will provide us another one. So the jist is that they will provide us maid for 1 year and will take care of any replacements. They provided us a maid, took all the money. After 2 months the maid left. Since then we have been calling them to give us replacement but they are not sending us maid. We even asked for our money back as per contract but they refused to give us that too. It is a breach of contract. It is a fraudulent agency and we demand immediate action against them. Their details are as follows :
