Hi,
I have Tata sky with id 1043322591 from last 4 years. I am subscribed to base pack of Super save which monthly cost was 300Rs upto Feb. In March, i got mail from Tatasky that now your monthly charge will be Rs.315. So i asked them the reason and they said they have added STAR CRICKET to my base pack which will cost more 15Rs. So i asked the reason that neither i am interested nor i have asked then why this addition. They said they did survey and people asked for this channle so they have added. This reason is not acceptable as they have ala carte channel facility and sports pack is available so if anybody wants they can opt for that option why it has to add in base pack. And in past when some channel was deleted lik NDTV imagine, UTV World movies from pack then they didnt reduce the monthly charge. so why they can add extra charge by their own will.
