I have purchased Loop prepaid sim card 9821839988 at cost 100 Rs. On 2 April 2013 after submitting the required documents (photo, address proof, ID) . Now its about 12 days ,still Loop company not activated my prepaid sim. I didn't get proper response on their no. 02224323777, 02224371777, 9821099800. The company didn't responded about the reason why they have not activated the sim too.
