Complaint Details
Purchased Imation EA Apollo M250 Portable USB HDD on 11 Sept 2011 from Flipkart with a warranty cover of 2 years. When a defect arose, IMATION instructed me to contact the retailer. Flipkart asked me to contact Neoteric, which replied that they no longer support IMATION products. I made calls to IMATION Singapore, who re-iterated that the retailer can handle warranty. Flipkart agreed to undertake a refund initially, but after a few mails confirming pickup, they have now done a volte-face.
