Sub: Cheating anf poor service from PNBHFL

Dear Sir,
I have been sanctioned a home loan for 61.94 lacs against a new purchase of flat at "AKME RAAGA" NH-8, Gurgaon through the offer letter dated 16.07.2012.
I have agreed for the loan as i was promised the rate of interest was 10.75% floating. However, when the offer letter was receied (without any ref number), the rate of interest was quoted as 11.0%, though i have signed with a remark of 10.75%. I was promised a revised letter with 10.75% will be issued. Till date nothing happened. i want a revised letter as per the original promise immediately.

Secondly, till my last payment (5th floor slab), the payments have been released based on the receipts on payments from my end. now all of a sudden during the payment for 8th slab, the bank has stopped my payment citing that i have not submitted my payment receipt for the 5th slab payment. If i had not made that payment how come bank has released their due??
When everything has been settled till 5th slab, i have made my payment for 8th slab and received the receipt for the same from the builder, however, since the bank has not released the payment based on the demand letter, iam incurring the late fee interest and i also would be loosing my property as a defaulter. This is humiliating and is harassment.

I request you to immediately release the payment from the bank including the late fee interest.

i would be forced to approach the bank directors and RBI if the issue is not resolved within reasonable time.
