Complaint Details
Bought HP Enny-4 1046-tx Ultrabook on 21st Oct 2012. Hard dick was first replaced since it was faulty. The web camera was not working and the keyboard was not aligned. While fixing the above issues the technician ended up damaging the machine. The corresponding parts were then ordered by HP for replacement. The wrong parts were delivered to the service centre which caused a major delay, hampering my work. Then I had to order the recovery dvd since the once i had created was apparently damamged (although i was using it for the first time). I pay for the new recovery dvd and the wrong dvd is delivered to my place. Now i have to wait another 10 days for the right set of recovery dvd's. This has majorly affected my work since I am an IT Engg student and my submissions are around the corner (18th April)
