Complaint Details
Dear Sirs,

Please be advised as under:

1. On seeing your advertisement hoarding, I contacted Nextra during end February 2013, enquiring about the Fiber Broadband. I was advised that the broadband services for commercial buildings in Sector 11, Dwarka, New Delhi have not commenced and that I would be contacted as soon as the company is ready to provide the services.

2. During early March 2013 Mr. Pradeep (9711042260) and one of his senior having mobile no. 954044355 contacted me.

3. We also met in my office at 351 Vardhman Dee Cee Plaza, Plot No. 7, Sector 11, Dwarka, New Delhi, where the services are required.

4. After weeks of regular follow up by the above named gentleman and on being assured by them and their in-charge Mr. Sanjay Kishore (9990145455)
that the services have commenced for the building Vardhman Dee Cee Plaza, Plot No. 7, Sector 11, Dwarka, I completed the Customer Relationship Form
bearing number RA 001459 which was handed over on 20/03/2013 together with cheque no. 607534 dated 20/03/2013 for INR 1500.00 favouring Nextra Telesolutions Pvt. Ltd.
FYI, I opted for Fiber Bolt 10 plan with DLL of 20 mbps as per the company scheme being offered to new customers.

5. It was advised that the router would be provided within 3 – 4 days and services would commence immediately.

6. On March 23, 2013 I contacted Mr. Pradeep (9711042260) who informed that it would take some time for the router to be provided and commencement of services.
I was advised that the router would be provided on March 30, 2013 in the afternoon.

7. As no one contacted me, I tried calling Mr. Pradeep but he did not respond to my calls.

8. I called the other field officer on his cell no. 954044355 who advised me that the services to commercial buildings in Sector 11 have not yet been commenced by Nextra. I reminded the gentleman that he had confirmed before collecting the CRF from me that the services have commenced basis which I had submitted the form and made the payment. This field officer had no answer and advised that it would take some time before the services are provided.

9. Thereafter, on March 30, 2013, I called Mr. Sanjay Kishore (9990145455) and apprised him the details. Mr. Sanjay advised me that there is no delay in providing the router as the services have commenced to our building (Vardhman Dee Cee Plaza). However, Mr. Sanjay requested for time till 1200 hrs on April 1, 2013 for final confirmation. Mr. Sanjay also committed that in case the services to our building have not commenced the form, papers and the cheque would be returned immediately.

10. As expected Mr. Sanjay did not call.

11. I have been regularly trying to call Mr. Pradeep and Mr. Sanjay. Regret to inform that both the gentlemen are not answering my calls.

12. In the meantime, I spoke to the other field officer on his mobile no. 954044355 who has confirmed that the services to the commercial buildings in Sector 11, Dwarka, New Delhi have not commenced.

13. On checking with my bankers I found that M/s Nextra Telesolutions Pvt. Ltd. have encashed the cheque no. 607534 dated 20.03.2013 for INR 1500.00 and same has been debited to my account on April 6, 2013.

14. I again tried calling Mr. Pradeep and Mr. Sanjay. Regret to inform that both the gentlemen are still not answering my calls.

15. An e-mail was sent to Mr. Sanjay Kishore on April 9, 2013 which has still not been responded to.

16. I spoke to customer care (0124-6111444) on April 13, 2013 at 1334 hrs and provided the details for the purpose of filing a complaint

17. Customer care have finally confirmed that services to the commercial buildings in Sector 11, Dwarka, New Delhi have not commenced.

18. Customer care executive who attended the call has taken all the details but refused to provide any complaint number for the reason that my CRF has not been updated in their system.

In view of the facts stated above, it is clear that unfair trade practices have been followed for collecting the forms and documents. The amount has also been illegally collected from me. I demand that the amount of INR 1500/- be refunded forthwith together with interest together with any penalty / compensation that the Honourable Court may consider appropriate.
