I bought a Johnson Imperial model come-out (Wall Mountable Toilet Closet) from House of Johnson (dealer), Bangalore. While fixing the come out, it had developed cracked due to the defective piece. When contacted the Customer Care, they told that an executive shall call & come for inspection withing 48 hours and will take decision. I had waited for more than 4 days, there is no response from Customer Care and the executive has not come.
The builder is about to complete all the work and handover but I have to keep on calling the Johnson Customer Care to know the status.
