Complaint Details
I ordered 3 books from rediff.com (order no. 7837433). Package contained only 2 books but the full amount was charged. I complained to the consumer service by email and got assured that it would be delivered asap. After 3 email reminders and one call to their helpline there is no resolution of the issue. Their last mail to me was 8 days ago in which they assured me of quick action. The entire transaction is now a month old and there is no sign of resolution.
