In my home in kerala, we have a Voltas A/C and it's not working from 15 March 2013. 2 complaints [13MR1501389 and 13AP0804506] have been raised with their helpdesk and service engineers came to home. They have taken the compressor from the unit and nothing happened after that. The service representatives are irresponsible and they are giving so many reasons day by day without a proper resolution. When we told that we are going to consumer court, they now tell to do that. The product is still under warranty and we have already lost one month from that. We need to get this fixed with compensation and the one month warranty has to be added to the product.
