I have a 2G Internet plan active on my Airtel number 9892045213 which entitles me to a total of 4 GB (2GB day and 2GB night) usage. Since the end of Feb this year for some reason my daily data usage is being charged from my main account balance rather than from the 4GB free data usage provided by the pack. The charges vary from day to day and I have to call up every day requesting for refunds and a solution to the problem. Although I do agree that the refund is being provided that is not a satisfactory solution to the problem, as you will agree having to call them each day is quite a nuisance and is downright frustrating. I have already logged complains at various levels from even up to the Appellate level but to no avail. The deduction of the balance from the main balance needs to stop and correctly be adjusted against the free data usage provided. PLEASE HELP...
