Hi,
Airtel is just looting customers like anything.
Last week to my wife airtel number 88978 65413 somebody from Airtel employee called and informed my wife that since my wife is not using Airtel live will disconnect the service. She said ok.

Immediately after sometime Rs. 250 was got deducted from her prepaid account. It was deducted for the activation of airte 3g service. when called to customer care they said she has requested for that service. then she said that she never requested and infact her handset does not support 3g itself.

Like this AIRTEL IS LOOTING CUSTOMER.I request you to cancel the license to airtel or atleast need a strong case against airtel so that they should pay compensation for the same. we cannot keep on giving complaint like this to DOT and they keep on doing mistakes again and again.

If you see I have raised many complaints on Airtel.

They are blood suckers.

Atleast please check how they are earning profit and how they are showing ARPU and how they are showing new customers added month on month.

Request to cancel the License at PAN INDIA Level.
