Kabir multistore in 'COS' building in Thapar university is selling cold drink at rate above MRP(RS.5 more).They are charging more money for cold beverages.

It is not correct to charge you over and above MRP. The law is settled on this point but our Hon'ble Supreme Court created an exception to it and said that Hotels, High End Restaurants, Cinema Complexes, Aeroplanes etc can charge you over MRP for providing you the luxury of using such products, services rendered to the customer and the enjoyment of the ambiance. There are few discrepancies in interpretation of this judgment. In case ever retailer over charge you then you should ask for the bill and pay him whats printed on the bill or else move to next shop unless you are in die hard situation.
