Complaint Details
I deposited fee Rs.30000/ for coaching of IIT entrance examination of my son.
Before taking admission, it was falsely assured by institute that it was a leading coaching institute. There were no demo classes given. Trusting on their false assurances, I took admission and deposited fee. My son attended classes for only 03 days. He found that teaching were not up to the mark. With a view not to waste time and money here, he discontinued. When we demanded fee back. Again false assurance was given that after deducting service tax of 10 percent, fee would be refunded . Till now they have refunded Rs. 12100/ only. Remaining fee, they are not refunding.
