Hi

I had done a SPV 38.

Plan Voucher Value in Rs 38 Talk Time Rs 0 Service Charge 33.82 Service Tax 12.36% (See attached screen shot)
All Local and STD calls at 1.2p/sec for 180 Days. After 180 days all Local/STD calls @ 2p/sec for lifetime.
Double Talktime on top up vouchers for 90 days (10/20/25/50/100/200). Validity : 90 Days
This was done on March 23 2013 for which I had never received any confirmation.
I had mailed to listen at least 7 different time with a relevant details. No Proper Response.
Today I did a TOPUP of Rs 100/- as per the said SPV I should have been credited with double talk time.
Instead I am being hairdresser by your non understanding non ethical customer service replying about the plan not valid for the number. The option recharge happens after the number is inputted if it is not applicable

why it is shown?
why was no revert saying the plan is not valid in previous 7 complaints

This is the service provide who challenges billing fault. what is this to be considered.
