Few months ago, I ordered Logitech Keyboard through Indiatimes Shopping website for the model no.K200. But I received K100 and frequent follow-ups with Indiatimes Shopping they agreed to deliver the K200, if I courier the K100 Keyboard to them. They agreed on refund of Courier charges also. I Couriered K100 and e-mail the Courier slip to Indiatimes Shopping. I received the K200 again after frequent follow-ups, but not the Courier charges. I have register a complaint in Indiatimes Shopping (Case ID 372211) but still there is no response. I fed up in follow-ups with Indiatimes Shopping for this reason. I request kindly to get my Rs.140/- Courier charges and along with penalty of Rs.1,000/- from Indiatimes Shopping. Thanks! D.Mohan
