I was told by my Landlord that I will have to vacate the residence my family and I were living for the last 7 years, as the house is to be demolished. I shifted to another house on 14th April and when I call the landlord to handover the keys, he is claiming that he would detect the property/occupancy tax since November 2011 till date, depresation of Solar/Borewell since the day I started staying in the house (1st May 2006) alongwith April rent and electricity bill. Please let me know if a Tenant is liable to pay the property/occupancy tax and the depresation of Solar/Borewell. Please note that this conditions are not mentioned in the Rental Agreement...thanks
