Complaint Details
I had paid a sum of Rs.4500 on 10/09/2012 vide receipt number 1429 to "Exalt Consulting Placement Services Pvt Ltd" as they provide placement services. As per the terms of agreement if Exalt Consultancy is unable to provide job in 6 months or if i get job with my own efforts within the period of the 6 months then they would refund me the amount after expiry of the 6 months i.e on 10/03/2013. As a procedure of refund i had filled up the refund form and send the same to their registered office address ON 11/03/2013 but i have not received my money back. Whenever I ask their representative about the status of my refund they say they will get back to me but it has not happened till now.
I request you to please have a look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
