Complaint Details
i got registerd for swift excel course and paid fees in advance.they tod me i would be told about the class whenever it will be. after few days since there was no intimation from them i went to their office where nobody had any idea about the class. i asked them to refund the fees .to which they said nobody forced me to join the institute and fees cant be refunded and asked me to keep waiting for the class
