I have recharged my mobile no. 8981416006 (through SBI transaction ref. no.IGH6990858 )yesterday by Rs 161/- to avoid expiration of 300 plus existing minutes balance. But my mobile is not recharged till date. & I also lost my existing balance of 300 plus minutes balance today. I have mailed 7 times to tatadocomo but no action has been taken so far. Now docomo customer care executive told that Rs 161 will be refunded within 7 days . Now How can I use my mobile without balance for 7 days & what will happened to my existing 300 minutes which is showing expired today . please do necessary action so that I got both existing balance & recharged balance. I don't want to get back Rs 161 to my account . I want only to get my both balances. so please do strong action against tatadocomo
