Complaint Details
On 26th March i have sent request for porting from vodafone to reliance. On 1st April at 11.30pm it was done. On 2nd April i have done my first recharge of Rs.18 as per Reliance Customer Care guidance for my desired plan(30p/minute) but It would have been Rs.17 Recharge. When I again spoke to Reliance Customer Care they told me to do a recharge of Rs. 17 and I have done the same but still my plan have not been changed. Now I am not able to contact Reliance Customer Care. I think they have blocked by Number. Kindly look into this matter to get me my desired plan.
