Hi,

Airtel is just fooling the DOT and the customers.
I had a problem when I am in roaming, I am not able to make call to number starting with 88.
one of such number is my wife number 88978 65413 which is Airtel Andhra Prepaid number.
only in roaming i was facing this issue. and I complained on this for almost 4 months finally last month it got resolved and they accepted there was a problem some routing problem in hyderabad airtel.

This issue was tracked by Mr. Vishnu and his number is 99580 02971
And Hyderabad technical team number were 99635 54883 and 99635 54864

You can check the call logs from my mobile number the incoming and outgoing during March last week 2013. And it was resolved at that time and they accepted that there was a problem from their side. And same was also updated to Mr. Vishnu that reply to my grievance saying there was a problem from their side. but this was not the reply.

I want somebody to look into it. Also I want to raise this issue to consumer court.I need compensation.
I wasted so my time, energy, money from past four months and the way they responded is wrong.

I request DOT to please cancel the Airtel License. They are blood suckers.
