This is Selvam, Mobile Number - 9884901917,
I am customer since 2003 in vodafone,

Request/Complaint : Sony Xperia Tipo + Vodafone OFFER is deffered to above said mobile number (ie 500MB data pack for 3 months)

i bought a Sony Xperia Tipo Mobile on 11-APRIL-2013 at Vodafone Store at Adyar, Chennai (Sale by KARTHIK)as he said offer is there for above said mobile for 500MB data usage for three months respectively.

The same Terms & Conditions, is found the below mentioned vodafone url,

OFFER:
1. VODAFONE INDIA and Sony Mobile Communications India Private Limited (“ Sony ”), jointly bring an offer (i) for active and valid VODAFONE INDIA Prepaid Subscribers or (ii) for active and valid VODAFONE INDIA Post Paid Subscribers , valid from 12 th October 2012 till 31 st May 2013 (both days inclusive) (“Offer Period”).

So the complaints are :

1.) Complaint No : 1513296778 - registered via 111 call center.

1.1 - when ever i was checking the status for the complaint no 1, i being rudely treated by a customer care officers (13-04-2013 at 111- call center).
They are not polite to the customer speech, not boring about the issue, they are being placed to inform the customer with repeated details, "you have to wait, call on after 15-04-2013" date.

2.) Complaint No : 1513745340 - registered at VELACHERY VODAFONE STORE

The complaint raised at VELACHERY VODAFONE STORE, with help of Vinoth Elumalai, (After confirming the above mentioned pdf via intranet in vodafone store, he accepted to take a complaint regarding the data plan is not yet activated on above said mobile number )

2.1 When i was giving a complaint at VELACHERY VODAFONE STORE, Vinoth Elumalai - checked all the information
checking with KARTHIK by calling him on Mobile (Partner Employee at Adyar), when/whether i bought that mobile at Vodafone Store at Adyar, Chennai
then customer is saying some offer is valid, is that true ? - enquire with KARTHIK (Partner Employee at Adyar)
And finally Vinoth Elumalai, said, even though he helped me to raise the complaint 1513745340 , this complaint will be closed as by the same way of 1513296778,
So you please raise this issue to NODAL OFFICER for Chennai. I cant help you with this time.

(My Question is Here after Vinoth Elumalai should not wear the Vodafone slogan "Happy to Help" badge, what is the purpose of this to wear as a VODAFONE Employee, not able to solve a problem.)

As of now, till date 13-APRIL-2013, no offer is being placed / requested for the above said mobile number and no effect is being visible at the customer end.
Can you please take action on the my request.
