Complaint Details
I've been living at this address for more than 40 years. For the past 6 months our flat electricity tariff has been going higher and higher inspit of us using only 1 AC and no one beeing at home the whole day. In spite of sending letters to change the meter or check the faulty meter nothing has been done. I need your help in this. I can't afford to keep paying such big amounts. Thank u.
