Below is my case detail.

I want to open locker in HDFC bank so I did contact to hdfc bank relationship manager. She help me to find one locker in HDFC Bank, SG Road Branch. Sudhir Narayan (HDFC Bank, SG Road, Ahmedabad) called me to meet in person to discuss few things about locker. He came to my home and told me that he has locker but for that you need to do some investment.

I told him ok so tell me what I have to show as investment. He told me one plan that is HDFC Life Crest Highest NAV plan. I asked him to explain me about plan. He told me that for this plan you have to invest only 60000 / PA for five years and then if you continue for 10 years then you will get approx 6,00,000 RS. and that's it. He did not tell me any thing about other hidden charges like NAV allotment charge, monthly administrative charges etc.

Now I come to know about this charges by checking my online web access. When I asked him why I am being charged monthly then he told me that there should not be any charge as such. I told him that I am being charged every month around 300 RS. secondly I come to know about Return amount I will get if I will continue for 10 years is approx 4,41,000 RS only

After one day he confirmed that charges will be applied every month and You will get only 4,41,000 RS and argued that he told me approx so I could be less than.

Can you help me to get my money refund from this policy?
