I purchased a Laptop and 8 GB RAM through Flipkart on 06 Mar 2013. The purchase was done through my Credit card (with 6 months EMI option). The order Id is OD30306013684.

After a week time, Flipkart cancelled my Laptop order, as there were no stock. However, they had shipped the 8 GB RAM and I received promptly.

Later I had communicated with Flipkart stating that I wanted to return the RAM as it was of no use since the laptop for which I had bought the RAM itself is not delivered. They also agreed to accept the item and refund the whole amount including the postal charges. I packed the 8 GB RAM and sent to them through Registered Post. The tracking id is RL231350007IN. As per the postal department website, the item got delivered on 04 Apr 2013. I started emailing the Flipkart requesting to process the refund. Apparently there were no response from their side related to the refund (both for the postal charges and the article).

To my dismay, my credit card has charged me Rs 9053 against the Flipkart EMI. Whenever I check with the Flipkart, I promptly get a response that they will look into the matter. However, they never replied. Or they say that, they will check with their warehouse to see if the article has arrived or not.

Now I have two troubles:
1. My ICICI bank has charged me EMI on my credit card for no purchases I made. Since the purchase itself is cancelled.
2. I did not get the refund for the article that was returned to them as per their instruction.

Kindly help in solving the issue.

I have enclosed the following for your reference:
1. Status of the Regd post and EMI charges put by my bank
2. The email chain from the Flipkart which tells about the return of the 8GB RAM to their warehouse.
